*Action 2a* – maintaining good habits that aide physical health and wellness during this lockdown

This covers (but not limited to):

?Consistency with your prescribed meds if you have chronic illness
?Adequate sunshine and fresh air
??‍♀️Physical activity (manually cleaning your house equates to a full body workout?)
?Good dose of laughter (… It doesn’t cost a thing to smile, you don’t have to pay to laugh, you better thank God for that… India Are)

Navigating yourself between your bed, the fridge, the couch, the TV might be the most attractive thing to do but it will not produce charming results at the end of these 21days (or however long it might be?).

A good life is about making good CHOICES (and you define what those are for you). Daily deliberate CHOICES.
