Sarah Odwa Xotongo-Madyibi is the founder and Executive Director of Basileia Strategies.

A passionate Social Entrepreneur, Public Servant, Speaker, Legacy Coach, and Patriot. Her professional career spans over 10 years in Supply Chain Management. She has also been involved in Youth Development with skills in Public Speaking, Coaching, Facilitation, and Writing. Sarah holds a BSocSci in Organisational Psychology (UCT), Diploma in Theology (Teamwork Bible College), a certificate in Facilitation (Edutel). She completed a Small Business Enrichment Programme with the University of Johannesburg in 2020 and is currently completing her PD (SA) certificate with Directors Association.

She incorporated Basileia Strategies in 2016 as a vehicle to bring reformation in the working environment. To design and facilitate employee-wellness and soft-skills interventions that will motivate Public Service and Private Business workforce to realize that their work is more than a means to be paid a salary but is an opportunity for excellent service to and for all who live in South Africa.
